All SM's who

need to return these items to the unit during drill.
ACU’S - If you
are still short any ACU issued items please let the appropriate supply
POC know, so that we can insure that you have not fallen through the
cracks. All items have not been received and this will just be a
cross-reference. This DOES NOT include items you may have lost, these
will be replaced at the cost of the soldier.
Section Leaders-
Property book items that are received and assigned to you will be
placed in your cages/offices each month. You will be notified that your
hand receipt has changes at the end of our Saturday morning leaders
meeting, and we will inventory items together prior to signing new
hand receipt. This also includes any large items that you have
requested through supply, ie. Field Desks, and Totes with handles and
wheels have been received and will be placed in their prospective
area. NOTE: No longer is it acceptable for a soldier to go to Supply requesting
uniforms and equipment one to two weeks before they report for their
school, sometimes one day before they go to school requesting to pick
up protective masks at 9pm from the Full Time Staff. It takes more
than two weeks to replace torn / used BDUs, request Class A Coats, or
acquire non organic equipment.
ALL SOLDIERS – IF YOU
WEAR GLASSES OR CONTACTS I NEED PRESCRIPTIONS SO I CAN GET INSERTS FOR
YOUR MASKS. PLT SGTS PLEASE GET ME A ROSTER OF YOUR SOLDIERS WHO FIT
THIS CATEGORY, SO WE CAN TRACK THIS.
ABSOLUTELY No one will cut a lock without a supply representative in
their presence. Also at that time a joint inventory will be
conducted.
All OCIE (Field Gear) will be brought to the unit. If a soldier is
missing an item they will be charged for it at that time. No
excuses!
There will be a 100% OCIE Showdown conducted during the October
drill. This means everybody! A supply beltline will be set up. If a
soldier is missing items he/she will sign a Statement of Charges. If
an item is unserviceable, it will be turned-in at that time and a new
one will be requested.
